Apply with LOADOUT lets candidates apply to your open positions using their LOADOUT profile — a game industry portfolio hosted on victorgamestudio.com. No API keys, no webhooks, no backend work.
You add a link to your job listing page. When a candidate clicks it, they log in, review their profile, and confirm the application. You receive a formatted email with their details and a link to their full portfolio.

Candidate Flow
- Candidate clicks your "Apply with LOADOUT" link on your website.
- If not logged in, they sign in via Discord, Twitch, or Spotify OAuth, then return to the apply page.
- If they don't have a LOADOUT profile yet, they're redirected to create one (takes ~5 minutes).
- If their profile is private, they're prompted to make it public first.
- They see a preview of their profile alongside your company and position info, with an optional cover message field.
- On submit, you receive an email with their full details and a direct link to their public LOADOUT profile.

Limits & Security
- Rate limited: 20 applications per hour per IP address.
- Duplicate prevention: same candidate cannot apply twice to the same company + position.
- Candidates must have a public LOADOUT profile with a verified account.
- All inputs are sanitized server-side. Company email is validated before delivery.
