At Victor Game Studio, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which you may request a refund for products purchased through VGS Hub or our website.
Eligibility for Refunds
You may be eligible for a refund if the following conditions are met:
Your refund request is submitted within 14 days of the original purchase date.
The product has been used for less than 2 hours of total playtime.
The product was not acquired through a free promotion, gift, or bundle unless the entire bundle is being refunded.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact our support team with the following information:
Your order number or the email address used for the purchase.
The name of the product you wish to refund.
A brief reason for the refund request.
Send your request to contact@victorgamestudio.com. We aim to process all refund requests within 5-7 business days.
Exceptions
Refunds may not be granted in the following circumstances:
The product has been used for more than 2 hours of playtime.
The refund request is submitted more than 14 days after purchase.
The product was banned or revoked due to a violation of our Terms of Use.
Subscriptions
For subscription-based products (such as VGS ULTIMATE), you may cancel at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. Partial refunds for unused subscription time are not provided unless required by applicable law.
